We are currently seeking a dynamic Content Marketing Director to join our team on an on-site, full-time basis. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in building a new category for our brand, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key outcomes

  • Create a data-driven content strategy that aligns with our business goals, customer needs, and current industry trends.
  • Collaborate with vendors to optimize our SEO strategy, including keyword research, headline optimization, and internal linking.
  • Establish ParetoHealth as an industry thought leader by producing quarterly anchor content featuring unique insights and expert perspectives.
  • Manage customer interview processes to produce at least five case studies per quarter that highlight business impact and customer experience.
  • Develop evergreen nurture campaigns that address specific pain points across the buyer’s journey and support our sales funnel.
  • Support major product launches and marketing campaigns by creating webinars, landing pages, blog posts, and social media content.
  • Standardize our content playbooks and style guides to ensure consistent brand voice and visual standards across all channels.
  • Oversee an editorial calendar and maintain dashboard reporting to measure the business impact of all content formats.

Requirements

  • A minimum of eight years of experience in B2B content marketing, ideally with a background involving brokers and employer benefits.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • A willingness to travel seasonally, approximately 10% of the time, to meet business needs.
  • Proficiency in English.
