Firmex is a global software-as-a-service provider based in Toronto, known for our virtual data room service. We are the most trusted platform for sharing confidential documents, supporting over 140,000 companies worldwide with their due diligence, litigation, and compliance needs. We are currently looking for a curious and motivated professional to join our marketing team as a Content Marketing Coordinator in a fully remote capacity.
Responsibilities
- Write and edit a variety of materials, including web content, sales collateral, newsletters, press releases, and social media posts.
- Perform detailed proofreading to ensure all communications meet our quality standards.
- Take ownership of our weekly newsletter production.
- Oversee our social media channels and create content that resonates with our target audiences.
- Track and report on performance metrics for our social media and newsletter initiatives.
Must-haves
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a firm grasp of grammar and editing.
- A natural curiosity for diverse topics and the ability to adapt your writing style for different audiences.
- A self-starting mindset with excellent time management and project management capabilities.
- A professional portfolio that demonstrates your writing ability.
- Proficiency with the Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Pardot, WordPress, or other content management systems.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking success.
- Practical experience with video content creation.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT.
- Experience managing TikTok.
