The role
We are searching for our first Content Marketing Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level role perfect for someone who is driven and ready to make a tangible impact as we continue to scale. Because we are a remote-first company, you can work from anywhere.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute our content marketing strategy by producing high-quality materials including white papers, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Conduct insightful interviews with a wide range of stakeholders, from bank CEOs to frontline staff, to uncover compelling customer success stories.
- Collaborate across departments, specifically with our Sales and Customer Success teams, to research industry trends and promote our content to the right audiences.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong foundation in marketing and communication. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Exceptional writing and editing capabilities with a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong research skills to stay informed about industry trends and gather data.
- Proficiency in using content management systems and managing various social media platforms.
- An analytical mindset that allows you to evaluate how content performs and adjust your approach accordingly.
- The ability to handle multiple projects at once while maintaining high organizational standards.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to build rapport with customers during interviews.
- Fluency in English.
