The role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Marketing Associate to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in the United States. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone with a passion for storytelling and marketing operations who wants to support our content strategy across pharmacy and patient audiences.
Core responsibilities
- Research, write, edit, and optimize engaging copy for articles, social media, our website, and our mobile application.
- Plan and execute content across various social platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, while actively monitoring trends and community engagement.
- Collaborate with our Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure all content is accurate, high-quality, and aligned with our broader business objectives.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in content marketing, social media, or digital marketing, including relevant internships.
- Strong writing and editing capabilities, supported by a portfolio of published content.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to monitor performance metrics and adapt your strategy accordingly.
- An understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing processes.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and trend reporting.
- Preferred skills include experience with Canva, Salesforce, and Content Management Systems like Webflow.
