We are looking for a creative and driven Content Marketing Associate to join our team at UPshow. As the leading on-premise entertainment and performance marketing platform, we help brick-and-mortar businesses engage their audiences through over 30,000 screens worldwide, working with major brands like Buffalo Wild Wings and Dave & Busters to deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement content strategies that support our sales team, including the development of case studies, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Write high-quality blog posts and website copy to boost our brand presence and organic search performance.
- Manage our company website to ensure all information remains current and impactful.
- Oversee our social media presence by curating and creating content that fosters community growth.
- Work across departments to produce product marketing materials, such as feature updates and release notes.
- Use our marketing tech stack to run email campaigns and analyze performance data to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor industry shifts and competitive trends to keep our marketing efforts innovative and effective.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in content or product marketing.
- Proven professional background in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality content across various channels.
- Strong grasp of SEO, digital marketing principles, and performance analytics.
- Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, and the Microsoft Office or Google Workspace suites.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment.
- Ability to work in our Chicago office at least one day per week as part of our hybrid model.
