What is this role?
We are seeking a Content Marketing Associate to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a mid-level position perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and data-informed. You will report directly to the Digital Marketing and Content Manager, playing a hands-on role in shaping how we attract, engage, and convert our audience through strategic content initiatives.
What will you do?
- Manage our content calendar and oversee the optimization of existing content to improve SEO performance and conversion rates.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform our broader content strategy and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Lead key initiatives, including the development of high-converting case studies and the management of our social media presence on platforms like Reddit and Instagram.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a collaborative professional with at least two years of experience in content marketing. You have a proven track record of using data and research to drive results, and you are comfortable working with cross-functional teams like Sales, Product Marketing, and Data. You should be highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is required, along with a deep appreciation for the local restaurant industry and a drive to help small businesses thrive.
