Level.works is a rapidly growing scale-up that bridges the gap between labor mediation and software development. We are on a mission to make work accessible to everyone, and we are looking for a creative Content Marketer to join our team of 60 colleagues in Rotterdam. If you are a storyteller who loves crafting compelling copy, you will play a key role in elevating our brand and making a real impact for thousands of companies and flexible workers.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative content campaigns across our various platforms and propositions.
Take ownership of our website, including managing content calendars and optimizing pages for performance and conversion.
Write engaging content for our website, app, social media, and newsletters to inform and persuade our audience.
Analyze the performance of your content to refine our strategy and improve results over time.
Collaborate closely with our senior content strategist and creative team to bring new ideas to life.

Must-haves

At least 2 years of experience in content marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
Proven expertise in writing SEO-optimized copy for online channels.
A strong passion for storytelling and high-quality writing.
A structured and organized approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in both Dutch and English.
A proactive, fixer mentality with a desire to take ownership and grow professionally.

Benefits

We offer a salary range of 32000 to 43000 EUR per year, depending on your experience.
