At Omnisend, we provide an email and SMS marketing platform designed to make sophisticated ecommerce marketing effortless for over 150,000 customers. We are currently seeking a Content Marketer to join our Product Communications team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will help us simplify complex technical information and drive product adoption by creating engaging educational video content and webinars. This is a hybrid position based in Lithuania.
Responsibilities
- Host and facilitate live webinars for our customers, sharing product education, marketing best practices, and ecommerce insights with confidence.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of our webinars, including topic planning, coordinating with guest speakers, and ensuring every session runs smoothly.
- Collaborate across teams, including Product Communications, Customer Success, and Content, to ensure our educational efforts align with our broader product adoption strategies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in content marketing, customer education, or hosting webinars and virtual events.
- Strong verbal communication and on-camera presentation skills in English, with the ability to remain professional and engaging.
- Proven writing and storytelling capabilities to craft compelling webinar scripts, invitations, and follow-up materials.
- Experience working with webinar platforms and managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- A solid understanding of the ecommerce ecosystem and digital marketing is considered a significant advantage.
