We are currently looking for a creative Content Marketer with a passion for IT to join our team in the Netherlands. Key outcomes

• Develop and manage high-quality content for our website, social media channels, and email newsletters.
• Write compelling interviews, customer success stories, and newsletters that resonate with our audience.
• Support our marketing team in executing recruitment and lead generation campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of our marketing initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
• Assist with basic graphic design tasks to support our visual communication efforts.

Requirements

• A completed bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• A genuine interest in IT and the ability to translate complex technical information into accessible content.
• Strong creative skills in both text and imagery, with a keen sense for target audiences and brand voice.
• The ability to work independently while actively collaborating with colleagues in sales, recruitment, and operations.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work between 16 and 24 hours per week.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience in content creation, social media management, or email marketing is considered a significant advantage.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary package that includes 8% holiday pay and a fixed year-end bonus of 2% based on your gross annual salary. Additionally, you will be eligible for a quarterly performance-based bonus. Our benefits package includes:
