The opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Content Manager intern to join our team in France. Your primary mission will be to maintain and grow our public Help Center, which serves as a vital knowledge base for our clients. By ensuring our documentation is accurate and helpful, you will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and help our support teams focus on complex inquiries. You will work closely with our Content experts, who will provide mentorship and guidance as you navigate our internal processes and refine your writing skills.
A day in the life
- Collaborate with the Content team to prioritize and create new articles based on our current business objectives.
- Draft clear, pedagogical content and manage its integration directly into our platform using Intercom.
- Act as a bridge between departments by communicating updates to the customer service team and participating in the development of our AI-driven support tools.
Who you are
You are a student currently pursuing at least a Bac + 3 degree in fields such as communication, journalism, marketing, law, or business. You possess a strong sense of empathy, allowing you to anticipate client needs and explain complex payroll topics in simple, accessible terms. You are highly organized, capable of managing projects independently, and comfortable interviewing internal experts to gather information. Because our operations are based in France, you must be a native or bilingual French speaker with impeccable spelling and grammar.
