About the Role
We are seeking a Content Lead for a Full Time position. In this role, you will act as a master storyteller, blending creative vision with analytical rigor to manage our content presence. You will work closely with our Marketing Lead to shape our strategy and guide our talented content team through the fast-paced environment of the Web3 industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, cross-platform content strategy that spans our website, email, community channels, and social media.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of writers, graphic designers, and videographers to produce high-quality, engaging brand content.
- Utilize data analytics and SEO best practices to monitor content performance, conduct regular audits, and continuously optimize our reach and engagement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in an agency or Web3 environment, including proven managerial expertise.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to foster collaboration across creative and technical teams.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a deep understanding of SEO and keyword placement.
- Technical proficiency with content management systems and a foundational knowledge of web design, including HTML and CSS.
Location
This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
