About the Role
We are seeking a Content Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will act as a master storyteller, blending creative vision with analytical rigor to shape our online presence. You will work closely with our Marketing Lead to formulate high-level strategies while managing a talented team of writers, designers, and videographers. This is a dynamic position perfect for someone who thrives in the fast-paced environment of the Web3 industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, cross-platform content strategy that increases our social media following and brand authority.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a creative team of writers, graphic designers, and videographers to produce high-quality multimedia content.
- Utilize web analytics and SEO best practices to monitor content performance, conduct regular audits, and ensure all materials are optimized for our target audience.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in an agency or Web3 environment, including proven managerial experience.
- Strong technical literacy, including proficiency with content management systems and a foundational understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Exceptional editorial, proofreading, and communication skills, paired with a creative mindset.
- A collaborative spirit with the leadership qualities necessary to guide a multidisciplinary team.
Location
