WalkMe is the pioneer of the Digital Adoption Platform, helping business leaders unlock the full potential of their technology through guidance, automation, and deep insights. We are looking for a Content Director to join our team in Israel on a full-time, hybrid basis to shape our brand voice and drive meaningful engagement across all our channels.

Responsibilities

Design and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals and brand identity.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of writers, editors, and multimedia specialists.
Manage the end-to-end production and distribution of diverse content, including whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, and video assets.
Partner with our sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure our messaging remains consistent and effective.
Maintain editorial calendars and strict brand guidelines across every platform.
Monitor content performance using data and analytics to continuously refine and optimize our strategy.
Oversee resource allocation and content budgets while staying ahead of industry trends in digital adoption.

Must-haves

At least 7 years of experience in content creation and strategy, ideally within the B2B SaaS sector.
Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or team management role.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
A proven history of executing high-performing marketing campaigns.
Strong proficiency in SEO principles, content management systems, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics or SEMrush.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools for content iteration and creation.
Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

A master’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot or Marketo.
Familiarity with design software like Adobe Creative Suite or various video editing tools.
