About the Role
We are seeking a Content Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position where you will partner with product designers, researchers, and product managers to craft the language that guides our users. You will report to the director of user research and content design, working closely with our senior content designer to evolve our voice and maintain high standards across our web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the planning and creation of content for web and mobile interfaces, including interaction flows, user education, and navigational labels.
- Drive both high-level strategy and hands-on writing to ensure our product language is clear, consistent, and effective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leads to deliver high-impact content that aligns with our overall product strategy and user experience goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional experience working as a content designer or UX copywriter.
- Proven ability to test and rapidly iterate on product language to optimize the user experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating your work across various content types, such as microcopy, user education, style guides, or transactional emails.
- Bonus points for experience with information architecture or delivering product writing in non-English languages.
Location
This is an on-site position based in the United States. To foster collaboration and efficiency, we require team members to be in the office at least three days a week, specifically on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a market-competitive total compensation package, including a starting base salary of $100,000 to $150,000, depending on your experience and location, alongside company stock options. Our benefits include:
