We are looking for a talented Content Design Manager to join our team at PicCollage. We operate a highly popular mobile application that serves millions of active users every single day. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Taiwan.
Key outcomes
- Partner with our marketing department to produce engaging decorative content, such as stickers, backgrounds, and templates, informed by consumer research and user feedback.
- Propose and champion product improvements that make our app content easier to discover and use.
- Serve as the primary voice for the Content team, maintaining clear communication with developers and product managers.
- Provide leadership for content initiatives and organize team structures to ensure we meet our objectives.
- Contribute to high-level strategic planning and oversee the execution of those strategies.
- Monitor emerging design and technology trends to ensure our content strategy remains impactful and innovative.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in content design and strategy.
- Proficiency in Adobe CC, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as Figma.
- Strong project management abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for new design ideas.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with US culture and current market trends.
- A strong interest in artificial intelligence and how it can be leveraged to improve content creation.
- Fluency in Mandarin.
