The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Content Design Manager to lead our innovation initiatives. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Taiwan where you will bridge the gap between artistic vision and technical execution. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our app content, including stickers, backgrounds, templates, and fonts. By blending strategic planning with hands-on design, you will ensure that our content continues to delight our massive user base while keeping our product at the forefront of the industry.

A day in the life

• You will partner closely with our Marketing team to create beautiful, engaging assets that reflect the latest user feedback and consumer research.
• You will act as the primary voice for the Content team, collaborating with product managers and developers to ensure our design strategy is seamlessly integrated into the app.
• You will lead content initiatives and facilitate strategic planning sessions to keep our team focused on delivering high-impact, innovative results.

Who you are

You are a creative leader with at least 5 years of experience in content design and strategy. You possess a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of how to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Your toolkit includes proficiency in Adobe CC, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as Figma. Because we work in a global setting, you must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
