What you bring
As our Content Design Manager, you will lead a talented team and oversee our content strategy across the entire Miro experience. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates anywhere. You will be responsible for balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution as you help us refine our product narrative. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Guiding and growing our content design team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous professional development.
- Remaining hands-on with select high-leverage initiatives to ensure our design principles are applied effectively across the product.
- Developing a unified content strategy that aligns with our business goals and prioritizes clarity for our users.
Requirements
We are looking for a strategic thinker who possesses a deep understanding of content design frameworks and principles. You should have 5 to 7 years of experience in content design or UX writing, with at least 2 to 3 years spent in a leadership capacity. Proficiency in English is required for this role. The ideal candidate is a collaborative partner who can work seamlessly with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate content into the development journey. You should have a strong portfolio that highlights your ability to drive measurable impact and a proven track record of mentoring others to achieve high-performance results.
