What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Content Design Lead to join our team in Taiwan on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is a leadership position where you will guide our innovation initiatives by blending creative vision with technical execution. You will be responsible for defining the strategy and production of the visual elements that make our app special, including stickers, backgrounds, templates, and fonts.
What will you do?
- Work closely with our marketing department to create engaging decorative content that is informed by consumer research and direct user feedback.
- Champion product improvements that make our app content easier for users to discover and interact with.
- Serve as the primary voice for the Content team while collaborating with product managers and developers to ensure our goals are met.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in content design and strategy. We are looking for someone who is highly proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop. Because you will be working across different departments, you must have strong project management skills and the ability to communicate your ideas clearly in English. It is a major plus if you are familiar with US cultural trends, have an interest in how AI can enhance content creation, or are fluent in Mandarin.
