The opportunity

We are seeking a Content & Demand Generation Specialist to join us on a one-year contract basis. In this role, you will be the engine behind our growth, turning complex climate concepts into high-impact content that educates our buyers and drives revenue. You will work in a lean, fast-paced environment where every piece of content is expected to serve a clear purpose, whether that is generating demand, influencing our pipeline, or supporting our sales team in live deals. This is a remote position that offers the chance to shape our narrative and directly contribute to our global expansion.

A day in the life

• You will manage our presence on LinkedIn and optimize our website for lead conversion by running A/B tests, updating landing pages, and refining our calls to action.
• You will translate intricate topics like Scope 3 emissions and regulatory compliance into clear, compelling narratives across written blogs, case studies, and email sequences.
• You will create visual and video assets, including charts, slide decks, and short-form explainers, while using AI tools daily to accelerate your research, scripting, and editing processes.

Who you are

You are a senior-level professional with at least three years of experience in a B2B startup or scale-up environment. You view content as a strategic growth lever rather than just a brand exercise, and you have a proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly without oversimplifying them. You are comfortable working remotely, possess strong skills in video editing and visual design, and are an active user of AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva, or Descript. You thrive in environments that prioritize speed and ownership, and you are ready to ship work, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
