We believe in providing the shefs in our community (refugees, immigrants, stay-at-home parents, retirees and out-of-work restaurant chefs) the opportunity to make a meaningful income by doing what they love! JOB DESCRIPTION:
Shef is launching a new weekly meal delivery service in NYC intended for new parents & families with kids 0-10, who want access to high quality homemade food for the family, made by passionate shefs In their neighborhood with quality ingredients.
We're seeking a creative and results-driven Part-Time Content Creator to join our team. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual with a passion for content creation, digital marketing, and food! As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and helping to grow our brand presence online.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our target demographic (busy urban parents in NYC with kids aged 0-10)
This role reports to the Head of Marketing and will collaborate with members of marketing, product, operations, and the CEO.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Creation:
- Develop and manage high-quality, engaging content for our social media channels, blog, website, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
Social Media Management:
- Plan, create, and schedule posts across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Affiliate & Influencer Marketing:
- Seek out and engage with publishers & influencers that could bring our brand presence to a wider audience and accelerate our content creation strategy
