The life of a Sendcloud Content Creative  🧐

As a Content Creator, you are at the heart of our brand marketing team, charged with the mission of surprising and delighting the Sendcloud audience, both internally and externally, through engaging social & other branded marketing content. 

Based in Eindhoven, but flexible to hybrid working, this role is your chance to unleash your creativity not only on our social media channels like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube but also impact our employer branding, think onboarding, internal comms, etc. 

In this role, you'll work within our brand building team (Social, PR, Creative, Content) to conceptualize and produce social media assets, employee branding, internal brand communications, and other branded content that stand out in a crowded B2B space. Your creativity will help redefine our company image – adding color, fun, and a touch of the unexpected to our brand that engages and excites our audience. This is a hands-on position that requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to digital content creation. Key Responsibilities 

• Content Creation: Whether you’re picking up a camera to shoot videos or working on design layouts and formats, you create compelling content that broadens our reach and increases our brand presence on social media, PR, internal comms, and other brand-related creative work.
• Creative Innovation: Bring your own creative concepts to the table and lead the execution of always-on and campaign activations.
• Multimedia Expertise: Conceptualize and produce engaging design and video content for Sendcloud on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube (Shorts).
• Studio Production: Use our fully equipped creative studio to produce content that captures our brand’s essence and audience.
• Creative Experimentation: Stay up to date on social trends and experiment with new approaches and formats to keep our creative output fresh and engaging.
• A to Z Production / Creative Lifecycle: Develop the end-to-end creative, from initial creative concept, to storyboard, right through to final asset production, even producing & starring in your own TikToks on occasion. 
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and creative team members to continuously elevate ideas, demonstrating accountability and responsibility in a team setting.
• 2-week sprints: Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects at various stages of the design cycle, delivering high-quality creative outputs within 2-week sprints.

Our Perfect Match 💗:

• Has high standards for creative excellence.
• 5+ years of experience as a creative, preferably at an agency or/and in-house brand creative studio team.
• A portfolio that highlights your skills in creative concepting, video production, and content creation.
• Adobe CC Mastery + Figma: With a focus on your video editing skills (software of choice), and Figma, but alright alrightttt Canva is also fine.
• A demonstrated experience creating impactful social media content, with a deep understanding of what performs well on each channel.
• Social media is second nature to you - you know what’s hot and bring that engagement to our digital brand narrative. 
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to lead creative sessions and provide direction and coaching to teams.
• Technical knowledge of scripting, shooting and editing, ideally you’re also comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
• Skilled creating high-quality content with both a camera and a smartphone, with a solid grasp of lighting techniques.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked your magic in the B2B world before.
