About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Content Creator to join our brand marketing team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our social media presence and internal brand communications. You will work within our brand building team to conceptualize and produce high-quality assets that surprise and delight our audience. Whether you are filming for TikTok, designing for LinkedIn, or shaping our employer branding, you will have the creative freedom to add fun and personality to our B2B narrative. This is a hybrid role that balances creative strategy with hands-on production.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce compelling video and design content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn to broaden our brand reach.
- Lead the end-to-end creative lifecycle, from initial concepting and storyboarding to final asset production and execution.
- Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to experiment with new formats and social trends, ensuring our output remains fresh and engaging within our 2-week sprint cycles.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with a passion for storytelling and a sharp eye for detail. You should have at least 5 years of experience in a creative role, ideally within an agency or an in-house brand studio. Your portfolio should demonstrate your ability to handle video production, design, and creative concepting. We value mastery of Adobe CC and Figma, along with a deep understanding of what makes content perform well on social media. You should be comfortable behind the camera, in front of it, and possess the technical skills to handle lighting and editing with ease. We are looking for a proactive, ego-free team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Location
This position is based in Eindhoven and offers a hybrid work environment, allowing you to work from anywhere while maintaining a connection to our team.
