The role

We are looking for a Content Creator, YouTube to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who is passionate about social media and eager to elevate our digital presence. You will work in a hybrid capacity within the United States, collaborating with a team that values creativity and strategic thinking. If you have a sharp eye for trends and a love for the game, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence our brand narrative.

Core responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, original YouTube videos that capture our audience, foster brand awareness, and drive long-term engagement.
• Collaborate on the development of our YouTube strategy by contributing creative concepts for video content, titles, and thumbnails.
• Capture and edit footage at hockey events and brand productions, ensuring all content is optimized for our digital platforms and internal project needs.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience creating video content for social media and digital platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• A deep understanding of social media strategy, including the nuances of algorithms and current content trends.
• Strong skills in video production, including shooting, editing, coloring, and audio engineering.
• A genuine passion for hockey and a solid understanding of the sports landscape.
