The Role

ScreenCloud is looking for a talented Content Creator & Videographer to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a pivotal role that will shape our visual brand identity, drive traffic through engaging video content, and support our ambitious growth objectives.

As the Videographer, you'll be instrumental in showcasing ScreenCloud's cutting-edge technology and our unique value proposition to both office and frontline workers. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of projects, from compelling product explainers and tutorials to impactful ad campaigns and comprehensive event documentation. Responsibilities

Social Media Content Development: Develop high-quality video and image assets for ScreenCloud's social channels, collaborating closely with our Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and engagement. This role focuses on content creation, not direct social media management.

YouTube Channel Management: Take full ownership of the ScreenCloud YouTube channel, developing a content strategy, scheduling, publishing, and optimizing videos for maximum reach and engagement.

Product Content Creation: Produce high-quality video assets, including tutorials, how-to guides, and engaging product explainers, to educate users and highlight the benefits of ScreenCloud's software and hardware (including new offerings like PIXI and Remote Device Management (RDM)).

Advertising Content Development: Create compelling video ads and visual assets for various marketing campaigns, working closely with the marketing team to align with strategic objectives (e.g., LinkedIn lead generation campaigns).

Webinar Management: Oversee the technical aspects of our webinars, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for presenters and attendees. This includes setting up, recording, and post-production of webinar content.

Customer Storytelling: Occasionally travel to customer sites to capture video testimonials and case studies, showcasing real-world applications and the impact of ScreenCloud's solutions.

Company Event Documentation: Document ScreenCloud's internal and external company events through video and still photography, capturing key moments and creating engaging content for internal communications and external promotion. This role will require some international travel (2-3x a year)

Brand Enhancement: Play a key role in maintaining and evolving ScreenCloud's visual brand identity, ensuring all video and image content aligns with our brand guidelines and style.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, and design, to understand content needs and deliver impactful visual assets.

Analytics & Optimisation: Monitor video performance metrics and identify opportunities to optimise content for better engagement and conversion.

Requirements

Proven experience as a videographer and content creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

Strong understanding of video marketing best practices, including SEO for video platforms.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and visually appealing video content.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

Bonus Skills

Experience with digital signage or B2B SaaS products.

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom).

Experience with live streaming and webinar platforms.

Knowledge of graphic design principles and tools (e.g., Figma).

Knowledge and working with Wistia.

Demonstrated experience in generating video content with AI tools such as Veo 3.

Previous experience in managing a YouTube channel with a substantial following.

Proficiency in animation tools such as Jitter or After Effects.
