What you bring

We are looking for a Junior Content Creator and Social Media Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in Germany. In this hybrid role, you will be the face of our brand, capturing the latest trends and bringing our vision to life through engaging video content. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Brainstorming and producing creative content that drives engagement and grows our following on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Filming and editing high-quality videos using tools such as Canva and Capcut.
• Managing our online community by fostering relationships and responding to our followers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have 1 to 2 years of experience in content creation or as a micro-influencer, ideally with a proven track record of building an audience. We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in health, sports, and lifestyle topics. You should be highly creative and possess strong analytical skills to track performance using tools like Instagram Insights. Proficiency in SEO, photography, videography, and graphic design is essential. You must be fluent in both German and English, with at least C1 proficiency in both languages. We value candidates who are organized, adaptable to the fast-paced nature of social media, and eager to take ownership of their work.
