What is this role?

We are looking for a Content Creator, Performance Creative to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Canada. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to balance brand aesthetics with conversion-driven results. You will work closely with our Creative, Marketing, and Social teams to produce high-impact content that resonates with our audience.

What will you do?

• Produce engaging short-form video assets for both paid ads and organic social channels, including TikTok and Instagram.
• Shoot and edit content using UGC-style formats, which includes incorporating text overlays, voiceovers, and motion graphics to stop the scroll.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to review performance data, such as click-through rates and return on ad spend, to refine and iterate on your creative strategy.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have 2 to 4 years of experience creating content for consumer brands or as a UGC creator. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and possesses a strong creative toolkit. Key requirements include:

• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar platforms.
• A deep understanding of social-first video trends, platform behaviors, and what makes content perform well in a digital space.
• The ability to write compelling hooks and scripts while maintaining a balance between brand storytelling and direct response marketing.
• A collaborative spirit and the willingness to receive feedback to improve content performance quickly.
