What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Content Creator and Social Media Specialist to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity at our headquarters in Palo Alto, California. This is a high-impact position for an experienced professional who can balance creative vision with strategic execution. You will be instrumental in helping audiences across the aviation, public safety, and defense sectors understand the people and the technology behind our mission.

What will you do?

• Develop and execute our social media strategy across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook to drive organic growth.
• Produce, shoot, and edit high-quality visual content, including documenting flight operations, customer demos, and research and development milestones.
• Manage our digital asset library, ensuring that media from diverse sources is curated, archived, and easily accessible for internal and external stakeholders.

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a proven track record in content creation.
• Hands-on experience with professional video and still cameras, with a preference for those holding a Part 107 Drone License.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and a proactive mindset that aligns with our core values of safety, customer focus, and resilience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• A willingness to travel to aerospace events across the United States, which will account for roughly 25% of your time.
