As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for a visionary Content & Copy Lead to join our team on-site and help us transform the global hospitality industry.
What you'll be doing
- You will establish category-defining thought leadership to position Way as the primary authority in the experiential hospitality space.
- You will develop high-impact top-of-funnel campaigns and gated assets, such as white papers and webinars, to drive quality lead conversions.
- You will refine and maintain our brand voice across all touchpoints, ensuring our narrative remains consistent, compelling, and effective.
What you'll bring
- You have 6 to 8 or more years of experience in content marketing, including at least 3 to 4 years specifically within the B2B SaaS sector.
- You possess a proven track record of producing high-performing content and successful marketing campaigns.
- You have an exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into engaging, clear narratives.
- You demonstrate strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English.
- You are comfortable and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative on-site work environment.
