We would love for you to join our Brand Engagement team in New Zealand as a Senior Content Coordinator, where you will help us tell our story and grow our employer brand.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and refine our social media strategy to effectively showcase ZURU’s unique employer brand identity.
- Create engaging organic content for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, while editing visuals and narratives to ensure they align with our innovative tone.
- Manage the end-to-end publishing process, which includes tracking performance metrics and maintaining organized documentation for all content pieces.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should be a creative professional who is comfortable both behind and in front of the camera. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Content Editor or in a similar role within an agency or brand-focused social media team.
- Strong proficiency in editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
- A deep understanding of TikTok and Meta platforms, including current trends and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with high attention to detail.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and the confidence to encourage team members to participate in content creation.
- Fluency in English.
