The opportunity

We are looking for a talented Content & Communications Manager to join our global Marketing Team. In this role, you will act as the lead storyteller for our entire portfolio, crafting narratives that elevate our brand voice across multiple mediums. You will sit within our Brand & Communications team, reporting to the Senior Director, while collaborating closely with our Performance Marketing colleagues to drive regional growth and demand. This is a hybrid position based out of our New York City headquarters, requiring your presence in the office three days each week.

A day in the life

• You will manage our editorial strategy and content calendar, acting as an internal reporter to interview team members and produce high-quality blog posts for our publication, Catalyst.
• You will lead the development of compelling case studies for our meeting, event, and workplace clients while overseeing our social media presence to ensure our brand voice remains consistent and engaging.
• You will serve as a lead copyeditor for the broader commercial team, supporting everything from global marketing campaigns and email sequences to sales enablement collateral and award submissions.

Who you are

You are a creative professional with a background in journalism, media, or public relations who understands how to turn complex ideas into simple, engaging narratives. You have a sharp eye for detail, a mastery of English grammar, and the ability to adapt your writing style to suit various platforms and audiences. You are highly organized, capable of balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable using tools like WordPress to manage content. Ideally, you bring experience with social media management and a track record of executing strategic communication plans that resonate with professional audiences.
