The opportunity

We are looking for a Content and Product Marketing Specialist to join our team as a mission-critical contributor. This role is all about bridging the gap between our products and the people who need them most. You will lead our mid-funnel activities, helping to nurture leads and foster meaningful relationships throughout the buyer journey. By creating compelling content and orchestrating programs that resonate with our audience, you will directly influence our growth and help our partners and clients thrive.

A day in the life

• You will plan and execute multi-channel programs, including customer stories and industry-specific use cases, delivered through webinars, videos, and digital engagements.
• You will collaborate on prospect campaigns and email programs, using your creative writing skills to nurture leads and optimize conversion rates.
• You will serve as the guardian of our social media presence and act as a key point of contact for managing our asset catalog and sales enablement tools.

Who you are

You are a passionate storyteller who understands the nuances of the Salesforce ecosystem. You have at least three years of experience in content or product marketing, and you are comfortable working with tools like Salesforce and HubSpot. You possess strong project management skills and an intense focus on the details, ensuring that every campaign is executed with precision. You are a self-starter who thrives in a remote environment, and you communicate with empathy and clarity in English.
