The opportunity
As our Content and Digital Manager, you will lead our content strategy and thought leadership initiatives. You will work closely with our Demand Generation and Product Marketing teams, as well as executive stakeholders, to shape our brand narrative. This role goes beyond simple writing. We are looking for someone who thinks in terms of multi-channel and multi-media strategies, creating value-driven content that spans the entire customer lifecycle. You will be the voice of our company, producing everything from high-impact customer stories to thought-provoking videos that define the next chapter of our history.
A day in the life
- Collaborate with our marketing leads to develop and execute an integrated editorial calendar that spans blogs, social media, email, and community forums.
- Partner with our Product Marketing Manager to interview customers and translate their insights into compelling, metrics-driven case studies.
- Work alongside the Marketing Operations Manager to track content performance metrics, identifying key benchmarks to ensure our strategy remains data-driven and effective.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing or brand management. You have a proven track record of maintaining brand consistency across various channels and possess exceptional writing and editing skills. You are comfortable using AI and LLMs to augment your workflow and ideation process. Furthermore, you have strong project management abilities, especially when working with executive stakeholders. Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, Asana, Webflow, Semrush, and Moz is highly recommended. You communicate fluently in English and are ready to bring your unique ideas to our team.
