What is this role?

We are looking for a Consumer Services Specialist to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Canada. This is a mid-level position perfect for someone who thrives on building strong relationships and using data to improve the customer experience. You will be the voice of our brand, ensuring that every interaction with our consumers is professional, helpful, and aligned with our company values.

What will you do?

  • Take ownership of our consumer service department by setting clear objectives and refining our overall strategy to improve how we engage with customers across platforms like Zendesk and social media.
  • Manage our CRM platform to provide prompt, high-quality responses to inquiries while collaborating with our marketing, sales, and PR teams to ensure our messaging remains consistent and proactive.
  • Execute community management across our social media channels, such as TikTok and Instagram, while using data analytics to track sentiment and drive continuous improvements in our service standards.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in consumer relations, community management, or a similar field, ideally within the consumer-packaged goods industry. You are a data-driven thinker who pays close attention to operational details and enjoys solving problems. You are comfortable working with CRM systems and analytics tools, and you possess excellent communication skills in English.
