Business Insider is looking for a Consumer Research & Insights Manager to join our UK team. We are a global journalism organization dedicated to covering business, technology, and innovation for an audience of over 375 million people, and we pride ourselves on delivering storytelling that is smart, helpful, and always looking forward.

Responsibilities

Manage daily research requests to support our international and US sales and marketing teams.
Maintain accurate audience and traffic reporting while ensuring consistent methodologies across all global regions.
Develop a deep understanding of our audience and industry trends to provide actionable insights for sales proposals.
Create and update sales collateral to ensure data consistency and high-quality storytelling.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute custom research projects and category overviews.
Present research findings directly to clients in partnership with our sales department.
Monitor media and industry trends to keep our team ahead of the curve.

Must-haves

Proven professional experience in a research, consumer insights, or marketing role within a brand, agency, or media company.
Strong technical ability to clean, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present compelling, data-driven narratives to both internal colleagues and external clients.
Expertise in analytical writing and professional presentation.
Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

Experience working with syndicated research tools such as GWI, Comscore, Similarweb, Ipsos, or EMARKETER.
