Business Insider is looking for a Consumer Research & Insights Manager to join our UK team. Responsibilities
- Manage daily research requests to support our international and US sales and marketing teams.
- Maintain accurate audience and traffic reporting while ensuring consistent methodologies across all global regions.
- Develop a deep understanding of our audience and industry trends to provide actionable insights for sales proposals.
- Create and update sales collateral to ensure data consistency and high-quality storytelling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute custom research projects and category overviews.
- Present research findings directly to clients in partnership with our sales department.
- Monitor media and industry trends to keep our team ahead of the curve.
Must-haves
- Proven professional experience in a research, consumer insights, or marketing role within a brand, agency, or media company.
- Strong technical ability to clean, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present compelling, data-driven narratives to both internal colleagues and external clients.
- Expertise in analytical writing and professional presentation.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with syndicated research tools such as GWI, Comscore, Similarweb, Ipsos, or EMARKETER.
