What you'll be doing
- Manage high volumes of consumer inquiries daily across a variety of channels, including email, phone, SMS, social media, and marketplaces, while ensuring consistent and effective communication.
- Provide superior customer service by troubleshooting issues, conducting research, and implementing retention strategies to turn complaints into positive experiences.
- Collaborate across departments, including Operations, Marketing, and Digital/DTC, to investigate concerns and ensure that we maintain our high standards for food safety and consumer satisfaction.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in a consumer relations call center, preferably within the food, beverage, or natural products industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and general data entry tasks.
- Strong analytical skills to help gather data and generate meaningful reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- The ability to work East Coast hours, specifically 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, including weekends.
- A warm, energetic, and empathetic personality with a genuine passion for our mission.
- Current residency in the United States.
