What you'll be doing
- You will analyze market dynamics, user insights, and the competitive landscape to build comprehensive campaign strategies.
- You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our campaigns, from the initial brief design through to final execution, while coordinating with both internal teams and external partners.
- You will establish robust tracking and measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign performance and use data-driven insights to guide future business decisions.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing, or agency environments. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced settings and can work autonomously. You should be a fan of technology and music, with a creative approach to storytelling and a sharp eye for detail. Your professional toolkit should include:
- Strong proficiency in both Korean and English for clear verbal and written communication.
- A deep understanding of campaign strategy, media buying, and creative planning.
- The ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience with data analysis and a knack for finding actionable insights.
- A background in media or knowledge of traditional and digital advertising is considered a significant plus.
