Role at a glance
We are looking for a Consumer Insights Analyst to join us in a full-time, mid-level capacity. This is a hybrid role based out of our headquarters in Park City, Utah, where you will play a vital part in understanding our customers and driving our brand strategy forward.
Your impact
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics by maintaining our brand tracker dashboards.
- Transform complex data sets into compelling presentations that tell a clear story for our marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Manage secondary research platforms and social listening tools to keep us ahead of consumer trends and sentiment.
What you'll need
You should be an analytical thinker who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and translating data into actionable strategies. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in consumer insights or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to act as a compelling storyteller for our brand.
- A strategic mindset with a bias for action and a knack for creative problem-solving.
- Fluency in English.
