Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care is looking for a dedicated Community Relations Representative to join our team. As a recognized leader in the hospice field and a recipient of Best Places to Work awards, we are committed to providing exceptional care and are seeking someone passionate about building meaningful connections within the healthcare community.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, social workers, and facility leaders.
- Execute effective marketing and sales strategies to increase awareness of our hospice and palliative care programs.
- Serve as a primary ambassador for our services, ensuring local partners understand the quality care we provide.
- Collaborate with our internal team of nurses, social workers, and chaplains to support new patient referrals.
Must-haves
- Proven experience working within the healthcare industry.
- Professional background in hospice, home health, or post-acute care settings.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of reliable follow-through.
- Knowledge of local senior support resources and the specific challenges faced by terminally ill patients and their families.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and business software.
- Fluency in English.
