At Risk Ledger, we are building a connected network of organizations dedicated to defending against supply chain cybersecurity threats. Our platform helps companies establish trust by sharing security maturity data and visualizing risks within their supply chain ecosystems. We are proud to be trusted by major organizations like ASOS, British Airways, BAE Systems, and the NHS. Our team is a diverse group of curious, ambitious, and humble professionals who prioritize our users and support one another as we grow together.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Community Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time, hybrid basis in the United Kingdom. This is a mid-level position where you will report directly to our Head of Marketing. You will take ownership of our community strategy, customer marketing programs, and advocacy engine, helping us turn engaged users into vocal advocates for our mission.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive community strategy that guides users through the journey from initial engagement to active advocacy.
- Launch and manage structured customer advocacy programs, including speaker opportunities and peer stories, to ensure we have a scalable way to showcase customer success.
- Collaborate closely with our Customer Success and Content & Communication teams to amplify customer voices, gather insights, and ensure our community efforts align with our broader business goals.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should be a strong communicator with a commercial mindset who understands how community engagement drives business growth. We are looking for someone who values building long-term, respectful relationships with customers.
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in community marketing, customer marketing, or advocacy programs within a B2B environment.
- You have a proven track record of building repeatable programs rather than just managing one-off tasks.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment and know how to partner effectively with Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or regulated industries is a plus, as is familiarity with community management tools.
What's in it for you?
We offer a competitive salary range of £70,000 to £83,000. Beyond the compensation, we provide a supportive environment designed to help you thrive both professionally and personally:
- Equity compensation to ensure you share in our success.
- Comprehensive medical insurance.
- Generous paid time off to ensure you have time to recharge.
- A dedicated mental wellness budget.
- A home office budget to help you set up your workspace for success.
- Opportunities for professional development, including access to learning resources.
- Regular company retreats and socials to connect with the team.
