The role
We are looking for a tenacious Community Marketing Intern to join our Customer and Community Marketing team. This is a full-time position designed for a student who is eager to learn from a world-class group of professionals. You will work in a hybrid environment within the United States, gaining hands-on experience as you help us evangelize our community and drive growth for our brand.
Core responsibilities
- Support the planning and flawless execution of marketing campaigns and events designed to boost member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data from our marketing efforts to optimize our investments and improve results.
- Promote our initiatives across various channels, including social media, email, webinars, advertising, and events, while collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should be an ambitious team player with a genuine passion for marketing best practices. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Proficiency with marketing software and online tools, specifically Salesforce, Marketo, WordPress, LinkedIn, Google Advertising, and Google Analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- A strong desire to learn and a commitment to meeting firm deadlines.
