What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Community Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in the United Kingdom, where you will serve as the face and voice of our platform. You will bridge the gap between our brand and our users by driving growth, hosting live content, and managing influencer partnerships. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who is ready to take ownership of our community strategy.
What will you do?
- Host live shows on Instagram and Tilt to drive user acquisition, educate our community, and build a consistent on-camera presence.
- Develop and scale an influencer program by sourcing creators, running performance tests, and building long-term playbooks for growth.
- Analyze user behavior to understand why people buy or leave, using those insights to shape our product, marketing, and educational strategies.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a charismatic communicator who feels right at home in front of a camera. You have a strong background in community building, influencer management, and social media, particularly with platforms like TikTok and Instagram. We are looking for someone who thinks analytically about funnels and retention while maintaining a deep interest in online shopping culture. You should be fluent in English and comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental environment where you can test ideas, learn quickly, and iterate.
