What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Community Manager to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity within the United States. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our digital presence, responsible for crafting our social narrative and nurturing our growing community. Your core responsibilities will include the following:
- Designing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that align with our seasonal goals and core brand values.
- Overseeing the end-to-end creation of high-quality content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn to drive authentic engagement.
- Managing our relationships with influencers and content creators to build long-term partnerships that resonate with our audience.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing, social media, and community engagement. You should possess a strong background in content creation, influencer management, and paid social advertising. We value candidates who are fluent in English and have a proven ability to analyze performance metrics to inform future strategies. You should be comfortable navigating platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads while maintaining a keen eye for industry trends and competitive benchmarks. A collaborative spirit and the ability to act as a positive liaison between our brand and our community are essential for success in this role.
