Key outcomes
- Design and execute comprehensive strategies to expand and nurture our online community across social media, forums, and other digital channels.
- Produce compelling content that reflects our brand identity and connects meaningfully with our audience.
- Oversee online discussions to maintain a respectful, positive, and welcoming atmosphere for all members.
- Address customer feedback, comments, and questions with professionalism and speed.
- Build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase our visibility and reach.
- Measure community sentiment and engagement through data tracking, providing regular reports on performance.
- Keep pace with emerging industry trends and platform updates to suggest improvements for our community approach.
- Manage live event coverage, including hosting webinars, AMAs, and creating real-time content.
- Utilize your comfort with on-camera interaction to serve as a dynamic social media presence for the brand.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in a senior community management or similar role within a fast-moving organization.
- Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms and the best practices for managing online communities.
- Experience in developing diverse content, such as written posts, videos, and imagery.
- Technical familiarity with tools used for monitoring and managing social media.
- A creative and strategic mindset capable of launching effective engagement initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to cultivate relationships with stakeholders and community members.
- Effective problem-solving skills to manage inquiries and resolve issues.
- An analytical approach to interpreting metrics and reporting on community health.
