What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Community Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in the United States, you will serve as the primary voice for our SHx token community, working in a hybrid capacity to foster a vibrant and inclusive ecosystem. Your role will focus on the following core responsibilities:
- Developing and executing engagement strategies across platforms like Discord, Twitter, and Telegram to drive community growth.
- Crafting high-quality content, including newsletters and social media posts, while facilitating transparent communication between our internal teams and our users.
- Planning and hosting events, such as webinars and AMAs, while using analytics to report on sentiment and community health to our leadership team.
Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses at least three years of experience in community management, ideally within the fintech or blockchain sectors. You should have a deep understanding of community dynamics and the ability to navigate fast-paced environments with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, as is a high level of proficiency with social media and analytics tools. You must be authorized to work in the United States, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.
