About the Role
We are looking for a Community Manager to join the ARTHOUSE team, which is the newest addition to our brand portfolio. This is a contractor position focused on crafting impactful digital marketing campaigns that help expand viewership for our shows. You will play a vital role in fostering a vibrant online community by leveraging data and ticketing solutions to guide audiences from discovery to purchase. Please note that this is a project-based, freelance role with a commitment of no more than 10 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok for our clients.
- Monitor community engagement by responding to inquiries and reviewing flagged posts.
- Develop social media calendars, request necessary creative assets, and brainstorm new content ideas.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in social media, community management, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for adapting to different brand voices.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively while working with minimal supervision.
- A proactive, go-getter attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A passion for theatre is considered a significant plus.
Location
This is a remote position. Qualified candidates must be based in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay for this role ranges from $35 to $50 per hour, depending on your level of experience. As a team member, you will enjoy the flexibility of working in a fully remote environment.
