What you bring
We are looking for a mid-level Community Manager to join us on a contractor basis. This is a remote role that can be performed from anywhere. You will work closely with our Social Media Lead to shape our brand voice and foster genuine connections across our digital platforms. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Managing and engaging with our community across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to spark meaningful interactions.
- Driving proactive social engagement by identifying relevant conversations and reaching out to potential community members.
- Monitoring social media trends, competitor activity, and user feedback to help us maintain a strong and positive brand presence.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in community management or social media strategy. We value candidates who possess a deep understanding of current social media trends and best practices, along with familiarity using tools like Sprout Social. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as you will be the voice of our brand. We are looking for a creative thinker who is highly organized, capable of multitasking, and genuinely passionate about dog wellness. The ability to craft brand-aligned responses with a touch of humor is a major plus.
