Key outcomes
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience by managing daily interactions across social media and email channels.
- Develop deep expertise in our product ranges to provide accurate, helpful, and empathetic responses to consumer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Brand Engagement Lead to resolve complex customer issues and maintain seamless service standards.
- Maintain detailed records of feedback, complaints, and common requests to inform our broader brand strategies.
- Manage the replacement process for defective stock to ensure ongoing brand loyalty.
- Translate marketing and product copy between English and German to support our European market presence.
- Coordinate marketing shipments with third-party logistics partners and assist with website updates using our CMS.
- Provide operational support for local marketing activations and industry events.
Requirements
- Significant experience working as a community manager or in a similar customer service role.
- Professional fluency in both English and German.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly master new software, including customer service tools and website management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A solid understanding of social media management and marketing principles.
- A valid legal right to work in Germany.
Preferred qualifications
- Proficiency in the French language is considered a strong asset.
