The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Community Manager and Social Media expert to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be the voice of our marketplace, guiding our messaging and fostering meaningful connections across our social channels. You will play a pivotal part in activating our community, helping them shop for life, family, and liberty while driving growth for the small businesses that form the backbone of our economy. A day in the life
- You will develop and manage engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook to inspire our audience and drive new shoppers to the marketplace.
- You will interact directly with our community to answer questions, gather insights into their aspirations, and encourage them to share their experiences and testimonials.
- You will collaborate with influencers and internal teams, such as sales and merchandising, to ensure our narrative is cohesive and our conversion goals are met through strategic social campaigns.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience managing high-growth social accounts for consumer brands. You possess a mastery of communication and storytelling, allowing you to translate our mission into content that resonates deeply with our audience. You are tech-savvy, comfortable with social media management tools, and experienced in using data to track and optimize your progress. Most importantly, you are a relationship builder who connects authentically with customers and partners alike, always staying alert for cultural opportunities to grow our community.
