Our infrastructure supports the top blockchain companies worldwide, and we recently raised a Series C1 at a $10.2 billion valuation after backing from a16z, Lightspeed, Silver Lake, and other notable investors. We are now looking for our first Community Lead to help shape how we connect with the global web3 ecosystem.
What is this role?
This is a full-time, on-site position for a senior-level professional who will own Alchemy’s community presence across digital and in-person channels. You will sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and developer relations, guiding how we show up in conversations that matter to builders and partners.
What will you do?
- Design and execute a social media strategy that ties directly to business goals, then measure its impact through engagement metrics and sentiment analysis.
- Grow and nurture Alchemy’s presence on Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Farcaster, and newsletters while building relationships with active community members and key opinion leaders.
- Plan and host community activations such as giveaways, contests, and side-events at conferences, while also identifying strategic partnerships that expand our reach across ecosystems like Ethereum, L2s, and Solana.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring at least one year of hands-on web3 experience and four or more years leading social or community efforts at a dynamic technology company. You have six or more years of marketing, social, or communications work, including proven success growing a following from zero to 100k or 100k to one million. Experience running social for a software, SaaS, or developer-platform company is essential, as is a track record of supporting product launches and executive profiles with data-driven campaigns. Exceptional writing skills, comfort working in fast-paced startup environments, and genuine enthusiasm for blockchain technologies round out the profile. A hustler mindset-whether from founding a company or shipping side projects-is a plus.
What's in it for you?
The base salary range for this position is estimated to be between $95,000 and $290,000 annually. In addition to competitive pay, we offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan, and unlimited vacation.
