The role

We are seeking a Community Lead to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who is passionate about Web3 and eager to foster a vibrant, growing online presence. You will be working within the GST timezone to ensure effective collaboration with our global team.

Core responsibilities

• Design and manage comprehensive ambassador programs, including the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement of community members to expand our reach.
• Drive community growth and engagement across key platforms like X, Discord, and Telegram by executing strategic content calendars, hosting live events, and managing daily interactions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, while utilizing data analytics to track performance, optimize growth initiatives, and report on community health.

Skills and experience

• At least 2 years of professional experience in community management, ideally within the blockchain, Web3, or broader tech sectors.
• A deep and nuanced understanding of crypto culture, blockchain technology, and the current Web3 landscape.
• Proven ability to organize and host successful online events, such as AMAs or live streams.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and a self-starting mindset that allows you to thrive while working remotely.
